authorization, so I know almost everything there is to know about losing weight effectively. I love giving advice to people on how to lose weight. Am I in shape? Not for Hellz! I am 50 years fat and 21 pounds in college. I know this whole matter about losing weight, yet to me I can not apply to me. Why I am not strong enough to do this? I can barely resist eating. I love food so much. Taco Bell, pizza, quesadillas, hot pockets, the tail, the list goes on. I andalusia food poisoning, I like when I 'm not hungry yearning for the taste of it. I asked for the strength to resist these temptations, but to no avail. It seems that I will be desperate not mean weight. I do not 'weight loss advice on the need for itself … I need ways to become strong enough to resist my temptations stronger … any suggestions? I should mention that I get up from my end and I try to stay active, I 'm not that lazy, it' s just that the amount of calories can andalusia consumer is far more than can be consumed in my activity level, as I'm indoors I can 't make training extremely heavy damage in fact working with my legs, any kind of weight training spread much pain now, I basically try to walk a lot, because it' s basicall of what I can do now without ill effects noted side.
