    I’m so surprised to see you’re just giving away this information for free. What’s your motive to do this for people? Since you’ve been so generous as to give it away, I will try it. I’ve never really tried a weight loss plan before, so I don’t know what to expect. Also, “Angel” was a great music choice.

    good job, i’ve been on a diet for about a month now.. since the 10th of june, so far i;ve lost 17.6 pounds.. i’ve only been doing jogging and eating less..
